Brauerei Goller

Göller brewery is located in the charming medieval village of Zeil am Main. The region of Lower Franconia (Northern Bavaria) is known as the
heartland of German brewers. In Franconia beer is a way of life.

The whole Göller family works together to run the business. Felix is the current brew master. His Father, Franz Josef and was honored with the
prestigious award of German Brew Master of the Year in 1976. Felix also won this award in 2013.

Göller still uses the old-fashioned Triple Decoction Mashing.

Göller puts all their beers — even top fermenting ales like the Weisse — into secondary tanks, held at near freezing
temperatures for 2-3months.
